Maximum usability, minimum complexity: iDrive simplifies the control of the 7 Series' many driving and interior comfort features. Often-used features - windscreen-wipers, indicators, radio and telephone for example - are controlled using levers or keys on or around the steering wheel. Secondary functions - the address book or the navigation system - are accessed via the iDrive Controller on the central console, with menus and information displayed clearly on the Control Display.
