Team McMillan have trained and developed a number of personnel who started their careers as Technical Apprentices, Parts Specialists and Sales Consultants and are now Dealer Principals in other New Zealand BMW Dealerships, in some cases with equity participation and ownership. A number of BMW Group New Zealand Senior Management personnel commenced their careers at Team McMillan.

Many of our technical staff have won International Awards, travelling to Europe, achieving top International Awards for themselves and our Centre.
