We regularly look to recruit applicants as Sales Consultants for our BMW Group Centre retailing both BMW and MINI car products - New and Used.

The position of Sales Consultant at Team McMillan is vital to our success, as it is the relationship between our clients and the Sales Consultant both during the purchase and after delivery that is essential in developing ongoing customer satisfaction.

Our Sales Consultants must be exceptionally professional, self-motivated, possess special people skills, be computer literate and have the ability to work both individually and within a team environment towards a common goal. Applicants may have experience with BMW Group products or within the prestige automotive industry, although this is not compulsory. However, they should be able to relate comfortably with a wide range of clientele and have a level of tertiary education.
