Service Advisors

From time to time we look to recruit applicants for the positions of Service Advisors based at our BMW/MINI Service Centre in Newmarket, Auckland.

The position of Service Advisor within our Centre is key to our success as it is the main link between the customer and our Service Department. Today’s Service Advisor must be self motivated, have excellent people skills, be computer literate and have the ability to handle the stress of an often very busy Service environment. Ideally applicants would have experience with BMW Group products or the motor industry, although this is not a compulsory pre-requisite. Being at least 25 years of age and having worked in the Service industry is essential.
