In a Formula One race team success is achieved through determination and teamwork - everyone playing a vital part to ensure the success of the overall campaign.

And just like Formula One, teamwork is also found in the community, where many organisations combine time and resources to meet the needs of the people, often under very challenging circumstances. Team McMillan is committed to ensuring that determined individuals and organisations have the opportunity to achieve success.
