In 1995, Team McMillan's commitment to quality service resulted in becoming the only prestige motor dealership in Australasia to be certified ISO 9002, with annual certification audits. In 2002 the dealership was also selected to be the first site in Austalasia for BMW's Quality Management Assurance Programme.
